Blake Vaughn
President
A transformational leader with proven success in developing strong teams, creating growth strategies, business development, and delivering operational improvements to increase customer satisfaction. Vaughn brings both operations savvy and customer-facing experience to Transcorp to increase efficiency, drive growth, and ensure retail client satisfaction.
Fun Fact: Blake is an avid golfer.
Tim Lecher
Head of Legal
Seasoned in-house leader of the Transcorp legal function as well as cross-functional collaborator with extensive labor and employment, litigation, and gig economy experience. Lecher is admitted to practice in California and Wisconsin. Prior to his role at Transcorp, Tim held positions with Gopuff, Shipt, and Cooley.
Fun Fact: Tim is a certified sommelier.
Josh Westbrook
Head of Human Resources
As a certified and seasoned HR leader, Westbrook brings his passion for building a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and performance in the logistics and rapid delivery industry to Transcorp. Josh leads a team of dedicated HR pros in the effort to support the Transcorp goal of becoming the go-to platform for end-to-end fulfillment and delivery solutions.
